～フィンガースナック3種盛り！～『ペンネと蕎麦のアラビアータ』『海老とサーモンとアボカドのバルサミコマリネ』『結局思い出せない何か（トホホ）』

ペンネのアラビアータとざる蕎麦の残り物が冷蔵庫に鎮座しておりましたので、ペンネの残り物にアラビアータソースを追加し、ざる蕎麦の残り物を一緒に炒め、レンジで温めたタルトの生地に乗せたものが、トマト色のものです。

そしてちょっと黒ずんだ緑色の物は、ボイルして冷水で冷やした海老と、サーモンの賽の目切り、それにアボカドをバルサミコで和えたマリネです。しかしやっぱりバルサミコで和えると、残念な色合いになってしまったのが残念です。

同じように温めたタルト生地に乗せて見ました。

そして黒っぽくって納豆の糸のようにも見えるものは、・・・・・どれだけ必死になっても思い出せませんでした。でも間違いなく、納豆ではありません。一体全体なんだったんでしょうか？

ついに日々刻々と着実に老化が始まっているのでしょうねぇ。

タルトの生地はスーパーで見つけた出来合いの物で、何か工夫してみたいと買い置いてあったものです。

しかし！甘っちょろいタルトの生地なんかで、料理に合うのかとお思いになられるかもしれませんが、これまたどうして、なかなかドッコイなお味でしたよ！

普段料理に甘みをほとんど加えませんので、意外な隠し味と風味が楽しめ、けっこう白ワインとの相性もよかったですねぇ。

今回は、正解のないクイズとなってしまい、誠に申し訳ありませんでした。

    でも　結局思い出せなかったんですね。
    残念！気になる〜(笑)
    今　このコメントを書いてる朝なら　昨夜の夕食の内容を思い出せるけど　これが夕方になると　なかなか思い出せない時があるんですよね〜(泣)
    いかんいかん！頭も身体も鍛えねば！
    それにしても　蕎麦をアラビアータソースの味付けにするとは　びっくり。
    オカダさんは　まだまだ脳内が柔軟なんですよ。

    よーく見るとアボカドですね (-_-#)
    最近オクラを週３ぐらい食べているせいか あの時はオクラに見えたんです！ でも海老は合ってましたね (#^.^#)

    お蕎麦をパスタ代わりにするなんて さすが、オカダシェフ ☆☆☆
    コロナで緊急事態宣言が出された時は
    スーパーやコンビニからパスタが消えた❗って聞いたので、頭の片隅に入れておきま～す (^-^ゞ

    私も休みの日はわざわざ出かけたくないので ランチはリッツクラッカーや年中冷凍保存してある バケットに残り物をのっけて食べていますよ ‼️‼️‼️
