今年もゴッド君から、広島の岩牡蠣が届きましたぁ！
もう毎年のことながら、感謝感激雨霰です！
せっかく新鮮な岩牡蠣ですから、そのまま生でチュルッと行きたいのもやまやまですが・・・。
どうにもぼくの体質には、生牡蠣はちょいと・・・。
そこで今年も、ちょいとお値打ちなシャルドネの白ワインを1.5ℓと、ブルーチーズを買い込んで、白ワインとブルーチーズでボイルしていただきました。
もちろん一度にこんなにも食べきれるわけもありませんから、白ワインとブルーチーズの旨味を身にまとった牡蠣を殻から外して、冷凍保存しておきました！
まぁしかしそれにしても、冬の醍醐味にすっかり心奪われ、キリン端麗グリーンとヴィラマリアのソービニヨンブランがグビグヒと進んでしまいましたぁ！
