「出汁殻昆布の薄味佃煮と海老のクリームパスタ」
先週の続きのようではありますが、今回も食品ロスを減らす残り物クッキングです。
今回取り寄せた出汁昆布は、いつもの昆布とは異なり、全体的にずいぶん柔らかな昆布でしたので、出汁を取った後、薄味で山椒粉をたっぷり利かせ佃煮風に味付けて保存しておりました。
とは言え、毎日毎日明けても暮れても昆布の佃煮ばかり食べるのも・・・。
でも一度に沢山出来てしまうため、あの手この手で少しずつ減らさねばなりません。
そこで今回思い付いたのが、この「出汁殻昆布の薄味佃煮と海老のクリームパスタ」です。
まず小鍋に出汁殻昆布の薄味佃煮と生クリーム、そして日本酒を入れ弱火に掛けておきます。
次にバターをたっぷり溶かしたフライパンに、ニンニクの微塵切りで香りを立て、強火のまま海老をソテーし、フライパンに溶け出したバターと共に海老も、クリームソースの小鍋に移し一煮立ちさせ、茹で上げたパスタに添えれば完了です。
今回は、出汁殻昆布の薄味佃煮自体の醤油味と、海老をソテーしたバターの塩味だけで、十分な旨味が引き出せ、意外なほどあっさりとした味わいで、ペロリと平らげてしまいました。
これがまた真昼間の白ワインにドンピシャで、ご機嫌なランチとなりました。

が 今日はまた、一段と美味しそうにみえます。
出汁昆布も佃煮くらいしか思いつかなくて昆布と椎茸と鰹節とあとなんかもう一つを粉砕して朝飲むと良いと言っていたので これなら出汁昆布も無駄にならないと思って始めたのに 粉砕した粉を食べると良いの粉が結構口に残ってしまい いつの間にかやめていた事に気がつきました。
オカダさんの残り物クッキングは
美味しいが加わるから参考になります。
いやいや、単なる食品ロスを少なくするのに、ちょっと役立っているかも？って程度の物種です。

・残り物ｸｯｷﾝｸﾞの料理の名前当て答え合わせですね｡
答えは､出汁殻昆布の薄味佃煮と海老のクリームパスタだったのですね｡
緑色は､昆布だったのですね｡
薄味佃煮は､分かりませんでした｡
具材(昆布と海老と麺(ﾊﾟｽﾀ))とｸﾘｰﾑは､有っていましたね｡
大体当たっていたのかな？ (ﾆｱﾋﾟﾝまで行ったかな？)
・具材は､昆布と海老と玉ねぎと麺(ﾊﾟｽﾀ)ですね｡
・白いｿｰｽは､生ｸﾘｰﾑが､入っていますね｡ (ｼﾁｭｰ系みたいな色ですね｡)
ｺﾝｿﾒが､入っているのかな？(ｺﾝｿﾒを､使っているのかな？)
・答えは､具材(昆布と海老と玉ねぎ)が､入った 白いｸﾘｰﾑﾊﾟｽﾀです｡自信ないです｡
きゃー本当に惜しかったな(*^-^)
我が家の海苔の佃煮はあと1瓶となり今週末にはからになります。残り物イヤイヤ立派な主賓になります。それがオカダさん料理です。
我が家はもっぱら皮、切れ端はキンピラ、玉子とじにしてます。
ヒロちゃんも中々隅にゃあ置けませんなあ！
パスタの上にあるのが一瞬昆布かと思ったけど あまりにも柔らかそうに見えたから てっきりワカメだと…。
やっぱり昆布でしたか。
それも佃煮にした昆布だとは。

お醤油味とバターが入ったクリーム味って 相性良いですもんね！
